Does LeadFnF use cookies or need a consent banner?
No. LeadFnF uses no cookies and no fingerprinting, and IP addresses are anonymized by default. Because no personal data is stored on the visitor's device, most websites do not need a cookie consent banner. An optional consent banner is available if your jurisdiction requires one.
Is LeadFnF GDPR compliant?
LeadFnF is built to be GDPR-friendly: it is cookie-free, anonymizes IP addresses, and masks sensitive form fields inside the visitor's browser before any data is sent. Passwords, email, phone and payment fields are masked at capture time, so sensitive values never reach LeadFnF servers.
Will LeadFnF slow down my website?

LeadFnF tracks pageviews, traffic sources, geography and devices, plus session recordings, click and scroll heatmaps, scroll depth, custom events, goals and conversion funnels. It also offers AI-generated insights, scheduled email reports, and uptime/SSL monitoring, all from one script and one dashboard.
Is session replay legal, and how is sensitive data handled?
Session replay is lawful when done privacy-safely, and LeadFnF is designed for that. Masking happens inside the visitor's browser before anything is sent: passwords are always replaced, email and phone fields are masked by default, and all inputs on checkout, payment, account and settings pages are masked automatically. Any element can be excluded with a data-lf-block attribute.
What platforms does LeadFnF work with?
LeadFnF works on any website that renders HTML, including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, React, Vue, Next.js and plain HTML. Installation is a single script tag in the page head, with no plugin or build step required.
Can I use LeadFnF alongside Google Analytics?
Yes. Many customers keep GA4 and add LeadFnF to explain the numbers GA4 cannot, such as why a page converts poorly. The two run independently and do not conflict. Over time most customers find LeadFnF covers their analytics needs on its own.
What happens when the free trial ends?
When the 14-day trial ends, your dashboard becomes read-only and all of your data is preserved. You can choose a plan to continue collecting data, or do nothing and owe nothing. LeadFnF never charges a card without you explicitly subscribing to a plan.
