Terms of Service

What LeadFnF provides

LeadFnF is a privacy-friendly web analytics service. You add a small script to a website you control, and we turn the traffic into pageviews, traffic sources, session replays, heatmaps, custom events, goals and funnels, with optional AI-generated insights, email reports, uptime/SSL monitoring, and a companion mobile app. We provide the service on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

Your account

• •You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• •You're responsible for keeping your password and API keys secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• •You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to hold an account.

Acceptable use

When using LeadFnF, you agree not to:

• •Track any website you don't own or have explicit permission to track.
• •Use the service to collect special-category data (health, financial account numbers, government IDs, precise location, etc.) or to track children.
• •Break the law, infringe others' rights, or send us content you don't have the right to send.
• •Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or circumvent plan limits and security controls.
• •Send artificial, fraudulent, or bot-generated traffic designed to inflate or distort analytics.

Your responsibilities as a site owner

For the visitor data we process on your behalf, you are the data controller and we are your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for telling your visitors what you collect — including disclosing session replay where you use it — in your own privacy notice. Where the law requires consent, you must obtain it; LeadFnF provides a configurable consent banner in your dashboard, and where it's legally required you must enable it.

LeadFnF masks passwords always, masks email and phone fields by default, and masks all inputs on checkout, payment, account and settings pages — but you remain responsible for excluding any other sensitive fields (using data-lf-block) and for your overall compliance with GDPR, CCPA and other applicable laws. LeadFnF is not liable for your failure to obtain required visitor consent or disclosures.

Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. When the trial ends, your dashboard becomes read-only and your data is preserved — we never charge a card automatically. You start a paid plan only by actively subscribing.

Plans, billing & renewals

• •Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.
• •Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• •Prices are exclusive of any taxes, which we add where required. If we change a plan's price, we'll give you advance notice and the new price applies from your next renewal.
• •If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or downgrade the account until it's resolved.
• •Each plan includes usage limits (such as monthly pageviews and recordings); exceeding them may pause data collection until the next cycle or until you upgrade.

Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page or by emailing us; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We back your first payment with a 14-day money-back guarantee, and we always correct genuine billing errors. Your data & privacy

You own your account data and the analytics collected for your sites. We process it to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your data or share it across customers. When you delete a site or close your account, we delete the associated data within 30 days, except records we're legally required to retain (such as invoices). You can request deletion at any time.

Availability & changes to the service

We work hard to keep LeadFnF available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis and we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we plan to discontinue a feature you rely on or make a materially adverse change, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of trusted sub-processors — including Vultr, Cloudflare, Stripe, Google Firebase and OpenAI — to run the service. Their use is described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of LeadFnF is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. We're not responsible for third-party websites or services you choose to connect to LeadFnF.

Intellectual property

LeadFnF, including its software, tracking script, dashboards, mobile app, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. You keep all rights to your own websites and data. Any feedback you share with us, we may use to improve the service without obligation to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analytics will be perfectly accurate. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadFnF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LeadFnF harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service in breach of these Terms or applicable law — for example, tracking a site without authorization, or failing to provide the privacy notices or consent your visitors are entitled to.

Suspension & termination

You can stop using LeadFnF and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, use the service unlawfully, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users — where practical, we'll give notice and a chance to fix the issue first. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we'll handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at LeadFnF's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for any dispute — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence give you additional rights. We'd always rather resolve a problem by email first, so please reach out before escalating.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves, and we'll move the "last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll give you a heads-up by email or in the app. Continuing to use LeadFnF after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
