Refund Policy

We want you to subscribe because LeadFnF genuinely works for you — not because you feel locked in. That's why every plan starts with a free trial, and your first payment is backed by a money-back guarantee. Here's exactly how it works.

Last updated June 27, 2026

The short version

Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required.

If you subscribe and change your mind, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

We always refund genuine billing errors and duplicate charges.

Start with a free trial

Every LeadFnF account includes a full-featured 14-day free trial, and we never ask for a card to start it. The trial is the best way to make sure LeadFnF fits your workflow before any money changes hands. When the trial ends, your dashboard simply becomes read-only and your data is preserved — we never charge a card automatically. You only pay when you actively choose a plan.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide within 14 days of your first payment that LeadFnF isn't right for you, email us and we'll refund that payment in full — no interrogation, no hoops. This applies to your first paid charge on the account (whether monthly or annual).

The guarantee covers the initial purchase, not later renewals. Renewal charges follow the monthly and annual rules below, since by then you've had a full billing cycle to use the service.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and you'll keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for. Because a monthly term is short and you can cancel before each renewal, we don't provide prorated refunds for partial months once a renewal has been charged — outside the 14-day guarantee on your first payment, or a billing error.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are billed once for the year at a discounted rate. Your first annual payment is covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee, so you can get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of that charge. After 14 days, the annual term is non-refundable for the remainder of the year, but you can cancel anytime to stop the plan from renewing the following year. If you cancel mid-term, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from the Billing page in your dashboard, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not delete your account. Your access — and data collection — continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, after which the account returns to a read-only state with your historical data preserved.

Billing errors & duplicate charges

Regardless of the timelines above, if you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, an amount that doesn't match your plan, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — we will always put it right and refund the difference promptly. Just let us know and we'll investigate the same day where we can.

Direct & invoiced subscriptions

Some customers pay us directly by invoice or bank transfer rather than through automated card billing. These arrangements follow the same spirit: the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first invoice, and after that the term is non-refundable for the period purchased. Where a custom agreement sets different terms, that agreement takes precedence over this page.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or use our contact form. Tell us which charge you'd like refunded and a sentence on why — it helps us improve. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank — a quick email almost always resolves things faster, and our money-back guarantee means there's rarely a reason to dispute. Opening a chargeback may lead to the account being suspended while the dispute is handled by the payment provider.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, and we'll move the "last updated" date at the top when we do. The policy that applies to a given charge is the one in effect on the date that charge was made.
