No. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately after signup with no payment information required. At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan to continue.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Once your monthly pageview limit is reached, new pageviews will no longer be tracked until the next billing cycle. Your existing historical data remains fully accessible.
Yes — session replay is included on all paid plans. The difference is the monthly replay limit and retention period (7 days on Starter, 30 days on Pro, 90 days on Business).
LeadFnF is built to support GDPR compliance: no cookies, Do Not Track respected, IP anonymization enabled by default (configurable per site), an optional visitor consent banner, and configurable data retention. If you pass personal data to LeadFnF (for example via the identify API), you are the data controller and must establish a legal basis such as consent. See our Privacy Policy for details, including sub-processors.
Yes. Starter supports up to 3 sites, Pro supports up to 10, and Business supports unlimited sites. All data is kept completely separate between sites.
The REST API lets you track server-side events — purchases, signups, backend processes — using your API key. Available on Pro and Business plans.
