Know it's down
before they do
Every website you track is health-checked every 5 minutes, around the clock. Downtime and SSL problems trigger an email within minutes — no extra tool, no extra setup, no extra cost.
What we watch, automatically
Add a site to LeadFnF and monitoring starts on its own.
Availability
An HTTPS request hits your site every 5 minutes. Connection failures and 5xx server errors count as downtime. A confirmation retry a few seconds later filters out one-off network blips, so you are not woken up by false alarms.
SSL certificates
Every check also inspects your certificate. A broken or expired certificate alerts you immediately. A certificate within 14 days of expiry triggers an early warning — with the exact expiry date and days remaining.
Recovery
The moment your site responds normally again you get a recovery email with the total downtime, so you have a record for incident logs or your hosting provider.
Alerts that tell you what to check
A downtime alert isn't useful if it just says "site down". Every LeadFnF alert includes:
- The exact error — connection refused, timeout, HTTP 503 — so you know where to start
- Detection time in UTC, for correlating with deploys and server logs
- A checklist of the most common causes to rule out first
- Smart re-alerting: one alert at detection, a reminder every 6 hours if still down — never a flood
Alerts can be switched off per account in settings, and monitoring can be disabled per site.
- Is your hosting server running and reachable?
- Did a recent deployment break the site?
- Is your domain's DNS resolving correctly?
One tool less to pay for
Standalone uptime monitors charge $10–30/month for what LeadFnF includes with your analytics. Your sites are already in your dashboard — monitoring them is one less account, one less invoice, one less integration to maintain.
